Sisters Coffee Company

Sisters Coffee Company began in 1989 when owners Winfield and Joy Durham converted an old cabin in Sisters, Oregon into a coffee-roasting business; supplying customers with fresh, Mountain Roasted coffee served with old-fashioned rustic charm.

At that point, it wouldn’t be strange to have Winfield simultaneously roasting, running the register, having a conversation with a customer, and making a latte. Joy was doing all the baking for the shop, and when they said “homemade,” they meant it! During this time Winfield also began the wholesaling side of the business and acquired customers that we still have to this day: Kyllo’s Seafood and Grill, Sunriver Marketplace, and Black Butte Ranch.
