Mindfulness Process Painting

Take time to tune into your thought patterns and sink into the present moment with this mindful painting process. Use acrylic paint and brushes, painter’s tape, and palette knives to focus on your mental and physical state in a creative and nonjudgemental way!
The class will start with roughly 15 minutes of orientation to the uses and properties of the paint, surface, and tools, and ways to get started so that you feel comfortable working largely on your own. You will then have approximately 90 minutes to paint freely during this creative spin on a walking meditation.
An Art Therapist will be on hand to answer questions and provide individual support throughout, and class will end with time for a guided reflection about your process.
