Have you heard yourself saying “I can’t meditate” or “meditation isn’t for me” or “maybe someday I’ll be able to meditate”? We’ve all wrestled with taking the first step on the journey toward stillness, relaxation, health, and wellness. It can be overwhelming and even scary to imagine being quiet with your own thoughts. But trust us, it’s worth it. Meditation (in its many forms and applications) truly is for everyone.
Meditation is an ancient practice with a reemerging contemporary application. Thousands of years of practice and countless hours of contemporary research, remind us how important this practice is for the health and well being of ourselves and society. Together, we can learn simple techniques to make this practice approachable for everyone.
