The ancient practice of Ayurveda is more than just eating healthy. It is one of the world’s most sophisticated and powerful mind-body health systems guided by the principles that the mind and the body are inextricably connected and that nothing has more power to heal and transform the body than the mind.
Our Ayurvedic Seasonal series begins September 17th with a deep dive into the qualities of Fall. Our bodies’ needs change with our external environment. In this seasonal offering, Ayurvedic coach and practitioner, Amanda Malarkey, will guide us through nutritional components and daily self-care techniques to create a life that is in harmony with the Fall season.
– Meets 4 times in September (9/17 + 9/19 and 9/24 + 9/26) from 6:30-8:00pm for discussion, meditation, journaling and connection. Learn the basic principles of Ayurveda and how the upcoming season impacts your being.
– Participate in a seasonal Fall cleanse that outlines the nutritional aspects and daily self-care practices. Learn how to prepare for and mindfully exit the cleanse by understanding the how and why behind the cleansing techniques.
– Take home a Fall meal plan of recipes that are healing and cleansing for the body, mind, and soul.
– Receive constant support and create community through a private Facebook Group.
