We believe in the value of sourcing seasonal, local ingredients whenever possible. Farm-to-fork means the ingredients we use are often gathered directly from Oregon and Pacific NW farms. The fusion of flavors with Pacific Northwest bounty is what makes owner and chef Noé Garnica’s heart sing. Menus are simple, healthy, unique, often rustic and always delicious. The ingredients we cook with are gluten free and we offer fresh, flexible options for Vegan, Carnivore and Paleo-minded alike. All of our locations have full bars featuring fresh fruit juice cocktails and house agua fresca. The synergy of fresh and local with Mexican flair is pure magic and almost everything comes with veggies!
