Bellino Trattoria Siciliana Brings Sicilian Food to Portland
Native Sicilian Executive Chef/Owner Francesco Inguaggiato owns Bellino Trattoria Siciliana (Bellino), in the former Fratelli space in Portland’s Pearl District. Born in Palermo, Sicily’s capital city, Inguaggiato moved his family to bring authentic Sicilian cuisine to Portland. Inguaggiato owns two other Italian restaurants in Texas, where his wife Susan’s parents live, which he opened in 2004. Bellino now offers Brunch/Lunch on the weekends. Inguaggiato brings 100 percent, classic and authentic Sicilian dishes to Portland. With Bellino, which is his mother’s maiden name, Inguaggiato is driven to deliver innovative cooking that is true to his Sicilian roots and brings traditional, Sicilian culinary culture to Portland.
Dinner served nightly, Tueaday – Thursday 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm with Happy Hour from 4:00 – 6:00. Friday- Saturday hours are 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm with Happy Hour from 3:00 – 6:00. Sunday we close at 9:00.
Inguaggiato has introduced “Francesco’s Festa Italiana,” a Monday night Italian Supper Club at Bellino from 4 pm to 10 pm every Monday night. "Francesco’s Festa Italiana" will celebrate the unique cuisine from all over Italy, offering dishes from some of the country’s top culinary regions as well as some traditional Sicilian dishes from the restaurant’s regular menu. The meu will focus on the following regions in Italy: Tuscany, Sardinia, Campania, Liguria, Emilia-Romagna, Umbria and Lazio, serving Antipasti, Primi, Secondi and Dolci from each region. The menu for “Francesco’s Festa Italiana” will change weekly. Reservations for the Monday night Supper Club are recommended but walk-ins are welcome.
